This seems less useful than publishing to NPM, but we should still get a working version out to the opam registry.

I'm actually going to table this for now --- if anyone in the future request this I'll reconsider publishing to OPAM.

Reopening since I actually got a request for this package to be on OPAM. Part of this issue should be adding back the README section on installation with esy: https://github.com/dylanirlbeck/tailwind-ppx/commit/c878c635bd884e5a28c070508cef773098b81627

EDIT: I actually forgot you can use esy to install NPM packages... Silly me. I'm closing this issue until there's more of an interest.
