How do we start the tournament

I can think of two options

1. Signups close automatically, a mod has to start the actual game though (via command)
2. Signups close automatically, every X hours the bot checks if it should start the game, and does if the signup period is over.

2 is definitely possible, but it might be safer to do 1 so we can check if we have enough signups and what not and decide our selves if we wanna start the game or extend signups. This way we can also check teams before the game starts etc etc.
