prompt targeting #402

Noun_Verb: It would be awesome to have the moves button then prompt the user for a target like the Argon Combat HUD module for foundry 5e before running the hit calculation. It's been a HUGE quality of life improvement for my D&D players who struggle with keeping up with all the keybindings in foundry.
