Fix sprite naming issues

Forms should be in the format 000_form.webp most if not all are 000_Form.webp. The exception is mega which should be 000_MEGA.webp. This should get fixed at some point; probably in tandem when we source higher quality sprites. (see also: https://ptb.discord.com/channels/748601513835888682/748601514691395716/1176118032318353539)
