sRGB IEC61966-2.1 makes SDR darker #47

Under notes it says:

The gamma ramp correction will persist when toggling HDR (including via the keyboard shortcut), making SDR appear darker.

But for me on my C3 OLED this is not the case. SDR colors looks the exact same as before I added the specific srgb_d50 HDR ICC profiles. When using the sRGB IEC61966-2.1 ICC for SDR content it makes it look much darker than normal, which is the opposite of what it says it's supposed to do in the Notes section. Am I missing something?

Okay maybe I messed something up or windows did the first time. I removed the ICC profile, it went back to normal looking. I re-applied the profile and it isn't darker this time.

However sRGB IEC61966-2.1 profile is having zero effect. No change at all in colors or bright/dark levels.
