Support for GPT4 #26

I noticed issue #23 was marked complete but couldn't find any reference to GPT4 in the code.

This PR contains the GPT4 models and a GPT4 unit test.

Thanks @ronaldmannak - I was also wondering why it was closed and guessed that maybe my request wasn't appropriate or something 🤷🏼‍♂️
