Help command does not show pause and resume commands and can only be interpreted from the UG

Thank you very much for your thorough review of our app.

The pause and resume command can only be used in quiz mode (i.e. when you are attempting questions set). They are not main commands. To prevent ambiguity for new users, we decided not to include those in the built-in UG, as they should not be inputted in main menu.
