Suggestion: Include storing and retrieving comments for Cant' Review text box #6

The same store and retrieve text functionality could be included for the text of Can't review box.

I'd originally passed on this because I didn't want to bother creating and managing another model. I'll do this if I have the time and motivation, but it'll probably be a few weeks from now. Still haven't gotten around to starting the other open issue with the critiques.
