User should be able to edit caption text:

Font
Size
Colour
Bold/Italic/Underline
Justification (Left/Centre/Right)

This setting can apply to one of 3 hierarchies:

All captions
A single speaker's captions
An individual caption

Other considerations:

Maybe this view can exist as a pop-up window above the Edit view.
All changes should be immediately reflected in the video player view.
