Showcase an available property with high quality images and highlight its key features.

This copy should answer the following questions:

1.  What is the asking price for the residential property?
2.  Where is the location of the property?
3.  How many bedrooms and bathrooms does the property have?
4.  What is the size of the property?
5.  Are there any nearby amenities, such as parks, schools, or shopping centers?
6.     How can they reach us?
7.  Are there homeowners association fees, and if so, how much are they?
8.  Can we provide information on recent renovations or improvements to the property?
9.  How old is this property?
10. Are there any potential issues or repairs needed?
11. What is the overall condition of the house?
12. Is the neighborhood safe, and what are the nearby schools like?
13. Are there any future development plans for the area?
14. Has the property undergone any recent renovations or improvements?
15. Are there any specific rules or restrictions associated with the property or the neighborhood?

In addition to this copy, we need a design that has the new DYLP colours & fonts.
