Infinite "Checking for payload updates" #13

As title states on newest JTegraNX version when running the program in standard mode it doesn't get past the Checking for Payload updates

have tried newest Java 8 and OpenJK. It must be getting stuck on something but I can't find if it's writing files to my system anywhere to clear them out and give it a fair shot

I was able to get in by disabling wifi and then loading in and turning off the autosearch for payloads

It's some issue with the API that I'm using for the updates. Sometimes it happens to me and other times it doesn't, I'm not sure what's causing it but sometimes restarting my computer fixes it for some reason.

I would consider adding in a max timer before it goes into offline mode one it's own so that it doesn't get stuck like it was for me because the X button doesn't allow you to cancel it
