Fish industry not working properly #281

A early user of Rush Hour and then Real Time, I observed the following issues with the fish industry while Real Time mod is enabled:

  1. The night, fish harbours and fish factories does not work ("not operating")
  2. Sometimes fish trucks are seen roaming endlessly all around the city, unsuccessfully trying to unload their cargo.
  3. The fish factories have the issue "not enough buyers", while the other industries had not this. The issue is clearly linked to Real Time, because unsubscribing and then loading the save solves all the above mentioned issues. Surprisingly, the fish industry works again while subscribing and then loading that save, with these issues albeit to a lessen degree.

Please fix, this is a annoying issue

We need some facilities with tweaked operation time then.
