Can't access previous staking wallet #679

Hi, I'm Kel.. Hoping to get some help as I've lost access to my staking wallets after some changes were made on the dymension portal, now when I log in with gmail as before it gives me a brand new wallet even though I use the same pin. How do I resolve this issue and get back my funds? Any help would be deeply appreciated.

Hi, still no response from the team.. Also, seems that someone have come up with a way to connect to the Legacy wallet, however, all my DYM are staked & can't be sent out of the wallet as they need to be unstaked first. Pls advice..

Hey Omri, I don't think your team members understand the issue that we still have. Our staked tokens cannot be withdrawn even with the solution app. We had access to stake about 45 days ago but not anymore so now we can't unstake to withdraw. Hope your team can help Us find a solution to unstake?
