as we can have multiple rollapp versions in production + hot fixes, we need to make sure our e2e tests are usable per each maintained rollapp version.
we should have compatiblity table of e2e tests version with hub version, rollapp versoin and relayer version.
and upon new PR, invoke the correct e2e tests
