send IBC transfer for a non-existing denom from hub to rollapp with setting a custom value in the memo

Expected Results

New denom registered on the rollapp’s bank module
For EVM, the token contract should be registered
IBC token should be received on the recipient chain
Successful acknowledgement on hub
Rollapp record on the hub updated with new token metadata
Memo received on rollapp in original form
