Rollapp A is running
eibc-client is not running
whale account is funded with DYM and RA A tokens

Test Steps

Start eibc-client
Make eIBC transfer from RA A to HUB
Finalize state on Hub

Expected Results

Order is fulfilled
Funds were debited by the full transfer amount on the RA A sender
Funds were credited by the price-fee amount on the HUB receiver
After finalization, fulfiller account is credited by the fee amount
