Preconditions

Hub is running
Rollapp A is running
Rollapp B is running
eibc-client is running
eibc-client has fee criteria configured for both RA A and B
whale account is funded with DYM and RA A and B tokens

Test Steps

Make eIBC transfer from RA A to HUB
Make eIBC transfer from RA B to HUB
Finalize state for both Rollapps on Hub

Expected Results

Both orders are fulfilled
Funds were debited by the full transfer amount on the RA A and RA B sender accounts
Funds were credited by the price-fee amount on the HUB receiver accounts
After finalization, fulfiller account is credited by the fee amount of both A and B RA orders
