Use of device ID to check for too much wallet creation. At least five wallet is enough on the cosmos or even per user per device. Prehistoric Sybil wallet could help check sybil too, but from the EVM list amd cosmos list. Use of proof of humanity (PoH) and connecting it to at most 5 wallets (this would need a little code integration to what we already have, as its always a wallet per PoH

A user should have freedom to check as much as EVM wallet because not only one project we embarked in as the case you might have forgotten the actual EVM wallet you submitted. My vote is against the motion please.

To stop fraudulent behaviour, a Sybil wallet check in cryptocurrency confirms distinct user identities. By guaranteeing that every member of a network has a single wallet, it upholds integrity and security. Sybil checks prevent sybil attacks, in which malevolent individuals fabricate numerous false accounts in order to influence systems or consensus processes, by verifying individual identities. But checking of multiple wallet is not. However, since there is a chance that a user will forget which wallet he used in a given situation, checking numerous wallets should not be considered fraudulent activity.

I support this idea though.limited to 5 wallets per device ID . So, people won't bother check for more than 5 wallets
