DymoPrinter.Instance.GetPrinters() causes "Access is denied" #67

I downloaded the DCD-SDK-Sample and restored the nuget packages.
First Run a error was thrown when GetPrinters is called.

I have tried running as administrator.
I have tired setting the version back to 1.3.2.137 and adjusting the code but GetPrinters() returns a empty array.
I have used System.Drawing.Printing.PrinterSettings.InstalledPrinters to verify my code could see the printers in a different way

I am having no luck, Anything thoughts?
