@sinansays / @jeroenv, are you Mac users? If not, get in touch and I may be able to help. I have customers printing to 550s on Windows without issue. If yes, read on.

The problem for Mac users currently is that Connect for macOS doesn't include the web service. DYMO is adding this in the next update, which also addresses a recent Chrome update issue on Mac. I've been told this should be ready for release around March 1st.

In the meantime, there is a beta release of Connect available that you may want to check out. Upgrade info can be found at https://github.com/dymosoftware/Beta-Version/issues/2#issuecomment-1043410792

Can confirm that the Dymo 550 works with Dymo Connect on Windows.

Macs still require Dymo Label Software which I am unsure of the compatibility with the 550.

I've been told this should be ready for release around March 1st.

we really need this release for our users. Is it possible to get updates from Dymo @blester-mvc?

Dymo Connect for Mac does bundle in the web service now, as of v1.4.3.
