Allow users to submit issues directly to GitHub without requiring them to create an account and login. Use IFTTT.

Should automatically include the search term (entire URL?) in the submitted issue.

Decided against the idea in the last comment. Definitely not including the entire URL for everyone to see. Plus, the search term won't be as helpful every single time.
