An interface that ties into Radarr's API to allow searching for movies, verifying movies currently in the Radarr library, and adding movies to Radarr's queue.
Add page to the admin folder to allow for testing whether or not PHP cURL will work to the user's Radarr server.
If it does work, build in process to bypass all IFTTT code.
Otherwise, utilize IFTTT code.
