Widget taking the whole screen and not resizable #27

Hello, On my previous laptop, the widget was displaying just fine (2560x1440px) but on my current one (1920x1080) it's opening full size and taking up the whole screen. Cannot be resized since out of borders. I have connected a second screen (4K) on which I can manage the widget as I want, but as soon as I go back to main screen it's glitchy and not remembering size. So that workaround is not effective. Is there a way to force the browser to open as a small rectangle? See screenshot attached.

I will add a shortcut that will force the browser to a small rectangle.
