Running "sgit update" needs to tell in more details what it does #9

Right now sgit update only says that is successfully updated master branch to the latest on that branch, it do not indicate if it changd anything or if it was unaltered. Also show more details what happens if it updates.

With the recent updates and changes to logging i will close this as more details can be found within the deeper logging levels. Also there has been general changes to the output over some time now where this has improved. If further additions is wanted later on we can make new tickets for this.
