Looks like gigaset have changed the api.

https://api.gigaset-elements.de/api/v1/me/basestations - Error 404 (Not found)

I was just having look myself as something seemed not right, thanks for reporting.

@Flyingduck1 Funny enough this is also failing on their own website hence I think this is something they will need to fix themselves. Will look for an interim solution anyhow.

@Flyingduck1 Seems to resolved on API side now hence closing the issue.
