Added missing Sleeper IDs for more players #12

This adds the missing Sleeper IDs for all players in db_playerids.csv that are currently without one, apart from one pesky player called Jordan Cronkrite. He is named Jordan Conkrite in the CSV, but isn't present at all in the Sleeper database as far as I can see.
