PCLOUDS-536 APM-352264 revert all potentially breaking name changes before release #57

we need a release of azure-log-forwarder for hiding of createAG option

the name change is breaking for sure, and I expect the changes in other resources' names will leave trash behind after update (I think Aws cloud-formation is better than Azure arm json template in that respect) - we can check it later on, but for now for the release I'm reverting all changes from Kamil's PR: https://github.com/dynatrace-oss/dynatrace-azure-log-forwarder/pull/49/files APM-352264 Check if storage account name in Azure Log forwarder is being randomized
