Pclouds 1718 add perf test #402

Add performance test to gcp monitor, in travis logs it displays time of pooling and SFM metric.

@joaquinfilipic-dynatrace, it depends on the execution time, I can decrease waiting time and it will show only info of one polling or I can display only the first polling, but the second polling will still be there. I set it to 360s, so we will get at least one polling.
