Chunk size and internal repos documentation #49

During a deployment to B3 in Brazil I noticed log errors telling the log line was bigger than the default chunk size, adding the chunk size the configuration solved the problem.

We also had restrictions to pull public images and communicate straight to the cluster. So I added documentation for this situation as well.

We decided to remove the default chunk size override in favor of the default value and its upstream documentation in https://github.com/dynatrace-oss/fluent-plugin-dynatrace/pull/50
