Initial argocd password #69

It doesn't make sense to add it here (yet) as the user does nothing with the password. Where it does make sense is as an alternative to the argo admin initial-password command here

The initial readme doesn't (yet) tell the user that they need the argo CLI so could we move your commands down to that line as an alternative? Then the user can retrieve the password, with or without argo CLI.

Agree, I will do a PR to add it as alternative to using the CLI. With that change, there is no need to use the CLI (which it has to be installed during the workshop).
