Adds a small UI improvement to the Makefile output
Primarily this is to avoid shell adding % to the end of the Argo password and thus confusing users (and therefore needing it to be explained in the doc). This change adds some blank lines.
Secondly, it adds a clear indication that all is done. We can reference this easily in the docs as the signal for the user to move on with the tutorial.
