jaeger-operator: missing secret

Describe the bug jaeger-operator is degraded and pods are stuck in Container creating

MountVolume.SetUp failed for volume "cert" : secret "jaeger-operator-service-cert" not found

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a codespace
2. make create and wait

Expected behavior No error occurs
