otel-collector degraded #95

Possibly related to / caused by #94

ContainerCreating
CONTAINER STATE
otel-collector
Container is waiting because of ContainerCreating. It is not started and not ready.

The only pod logs are:

container "otel-collector" in pod "otel-collector-d77b885b5-2xt9q" is waiting to start: ContainerCreating

Rolling back to https://github.com/dynatrace-oss/progressiveDelivery-masterclass/commit/5032005f42ce4e914cffbcbf61e62132883bce9d then destroying and recreating a new cluster seemed to fix this. I don't know why though as I can't see anything obviously different.

Will close for now.
