Remove TOOL_MODE #24

This PR:

The entire demo now runs with the Dynatace Operator but not the OneAgent. Synthetics are migrating (#23) to k6 not DT synthetics.

Therefore, there is no need for the TOOL_MODE flag anymore as there's only one demo.
