Investigate gitpod support #6

What will it take to make this compatible with GitPod

It doesn't seem that Gitpod supports .devcontainer spec (yet). See: https://github.com/gitpod-io/gitpod/issues/7721

I also see no mention / migration guide for devcontainer on their webiste

So it doesn't seem worth-it to define another set of specs and so I'm closing this as "won't do" until:

1) Someone expresses a strong need for this 2) Gitpod supports the devcontainer standard natively
