[MC/SA] Fix timeline_filter use in MC and SA #182

$2=dynawo_out.zip so -d test is not working, I think it should be $3 at least, but would still not work as the platforms reads what's in dynawo_out.zip and not the timeline folder. So we need to either postpone the zip creation or call timeline_filter before creating the zip
