Can anyone help with a selection? dynebolic proposes a working setup of one single app per task (one per genre) and tested integrations. We need to narrow down all info to a setup we include. Please suggest how: method? (ranking, tech committee, etc.) and what (final list of software complete with exact version to include).

Sakrecoer commented 9 months ago

Been working on this mentally, because it seemed hard to me to find a way to standardize propositions. But I think i found a format!

Since we have a desired Menu structure, anyone who wants to propose something can add it to the menu. If we end up with 2 apps that essentially do the same thing, we can vote on those.

Here is the structure in quesiton:

Thoughts and ideas welcome. Meanwhile i will proceed and fill that menu up on my end.

@Sakrecoer when committed into packages ? I will have a run

jaromil commented 9 months ago

This is hard to sort out, would be nice to have a list of packages to be installed from APT and another that should be installed via flatpak
