Includes minor modifications to build correctly in the frei0r source tree.

Implements issue #174

Hi! on the upstream implementation you have a very nice Readme file with links to demo videos: it can be archived also here in the filter folder if you like to include it

Have added the Readme. There's even better demo videos coming but unfortunately they've got more work to be done before the creator's happy for them to be in public.
