facebl0r : fix build version check was giving wrong result.
bgsubstract0r : fix memory allocation data type was missing (buffer overflow)

Thanks for the contribution! I agree with @ddennedy comment on bgsubtract0r.c and would be in favor of merging this PR if you can address it in a subsequent commit. Regarding OPENCV I agree with the proposed solution: the inversion of naming for the variable causes a regression. I actually wonder WTH they were thinking when they did it.
