Correction for cylindrical hue term distance #89

Corrects the discontinuous nature of the hue term distance function - which could lead to visibly different colors being considered close matches - into a continuous one.

This is a behavior-modifying change.

Thank you! It is too bad we could not get this into today's Shotcut 19.10 release, but there will be another one before the end of the year. In the meantime, please increment the plugin's minor version number in f0r_get_plugin_info().
