Internal Server Error #10

We tried to run the simulation on the "shared instance", but run into Internal Server Errors. As we don't have access to the logs there, we don't know a lot more.

First we ran a small scenario, which went ahead successfully. Then we tried a months worth of simulation, with a delay of 0.2 seconds between each call, and that failed quickly in the seeding stage of the simulation. (Lots of produce events sequentially) We then increased the delay to 0.5, but the scenario immediately fails with an internal server error.

Maybe you can investigate the server logs to see what happened!

I've placed this in a separate issue, as initial examination of logs indicate it may be linked to particular produce events and does not appear (yet) to be load related.

Can you provide details of the simulation script running the produce events?

Have you tried both the successful first run and then the failed run more than once, ie is the server consistently giving errors with each attempt?

Also, when errors occurs, noting the time the simulation is run will help diagnosis.

OK. It's reported that post this error, even the short test is now unsuccessful. The hosted instance has been restarted.

Unless and until we can reproduce this issue on the staging hosted instance or elsewhere for further diagnosis I'm going to close this issue.
