change key password #46

changing the password is sometimes needed, because the previous one could have been revealed some way. This will also allow to have different key copies with different passwords.

Yes, this is extremely important now and goes in 1.1 milestone because of the infamous https://github.com/dyne/Tomb/wiki/Password-Spaces-Bug
