Here's a PR that adds a landing website for the project. It will live in the branch "website" and be built with hugo by GitHub. The way we set up the website on dyne.org makes it possible to have any repo in the dyne organization be located at https://dyne.org/<$reponame>. This website will thus live at https://dyne.org/tomb.
Soon after this one, another PR will come with the building instructions for this website.
