Create & query basic intents (with name, description, image) + context (group/organisation)

Implements #2 and #3

intents is the first thing we need working to demo, with these attributes in order of priority:

• name / note / image
• at_location
• resource_classified_as (linking to taxonomy)
• quantity / unit
