Detail how `economicResourcesFiltered` works in relation to the `primaryAccountable` `agent` #60

When performing a basic economicResourcesFiltered query by agent to retrieve all the economicResources owned by a user at a given time.

Resources are returned that might have been originated by the "the agent" but currently the "the agent" is not the primaryAccountable agent.
