Support for new RHEL variants `AlmaLinux` and `Rocky Linux` #1230

This is more of quesion, might turn into feature request.

As CentOS takes new direction on its release path, new RHEL variants AlmaLinux and Rocky Linux fills in the gap. Is kpatch support new OSs?

No, not at the moment. It might be as easy as adding those names to https://github.com/dynup/kpatch/blob/03893f669e878b35c41cd1325a0f39c0f587a9fe/kpatch-build/kpatch-build#L699 and https://github.com/dynup/kpatch/blob/03893f669e878b35c41cd1325a0f39c0f587a9fe/kpatch-build/kpatch-build#L738, but somebody will need to check whether that's enough. If you are up to the task feel free to open a pullrequest when you are sure it works.
