6 years ago - create separate repo_digests object as not to have to chance the R scripts every time
- Fix entrypoint to /code/run.sh because singularity doesn't always retain metadata, and added shebangs
- use devtools::install_cran whenever possible
- clean up data-raw scripts
- fix scuba script
