Documentation is very sparse, terms such as milestone, waypoint etc. are to be properly defined #120

I am very impressed by this great tool. It has the potential to be THE tool used by everybody working on trajectory inference from single cell expression data.

However, as a newbie working on this tool, I find many difficulties in understanding the terms used by the tool. Some examples are: milestone progression waypoint bifurcation point branching point segment point

Though these terms have some apparent english meaning, it would be great to know the meaning of each of these terms in the context of dyno.

It might also be useful, if you could specify a detailed workflow showing the usefulness of these terms and the associated API functions.
