Version checking IE is conflicting with the compatibility header #35

IE 9 is being mis-reported as IE 7 in the editor, because the editor requests IE 7 compatibility. A messy issue. I should double check to see if we should just not warn as long as it's IE 7+.

Let's explore the issue offline, taking into account how many of our users are still on IE7

Closing issue; IE7 is an "okay" browser in the browser version checker now.
