rendering ImageDataImage must avoid putImageData or else lose alpha #47

There's a bug in our libraries related to the use of putImageData that makes us not properly draw with alpha. We need to do this:

which is a bit more work.

Just added rotation to the ghost function, while typing on my iPhone in the car. Technology is amazing.
